FREE refers to there being no exchange of money or personal details in return for using the service. Please remember that this service is entirely funded by our investment to try and keep SMS free for everyone, without having to forfeit your personal information.Using SMS Service A. By using this service you warrant and agree that:1. You are not using this service for unlawful or illegal activity; 2. You are not using this service to transmit any unlawful or illegal information; 3. You may not use this service to transmit unsolicited information; 4. In making the above contractual undertakings, you understand and agree that there is no general or other duty or obligation on Sellaite, its suppliers and partners, to monitor the contents of any information transmitted over its Internet-to-SMS service; 5. This site may only be used by genuine Internet users using a standard unmodified web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla, Opera). No automated process may be employed to send messages, or assist the sending of messages, through Sellaite.com. Using any software or scripting that prevents this is strictly forbidden, and is classed as "automated sending". Users must manually enter all details requested. Records are stored of every message and its origination, and if automated sending is discovered, the responsible parties will be invoiced for the sending of every single message at a price of 1 EUR per message with additional administration costs. Failure to pay these charges will result in legal action. B. If you do not agree to all of the above contractual undertakings, you may not use this service, and you are instructed to refrain from accessing this service under any circumstances. C. By continuing to use the Sellaite Internet-to-SMS limited free non-commercial service, you agree to all the terms of the above agreement, and state your undertaking to abide by those terms and conditions. Message Content Use of the SMS Service to send abusive messages can be traced to the originator upon request from the Police and they will be liable for prosecution under the law. Sellaite.com is not responsible for content of messages sent by users of the service. Sellaite.com will co-operate with official inquiries into misuse of the service. You agree not to send abusive or defamatory messages through this service. Spam/unsolicited messages and bulk advertising through this service is not permitted. Messages containing sexual content are not permitted. Each message must be unique in content and purposeful, and may contain up to the permitted amount of characters. Users sending messages that do not comply with these terms will be invoiced at a rate of 1 EUR for each offending message, plus administration costs and all legal and other fees incurred by Sellaite as a result, payable immediately. Sellaite.com will reserve some SMS characters for a short tagline.Sending and Delivery of SMS Messages Sellaite.com will, when indicated as phone for sending has status ONLINE, send each SMS message to relevant network, without providing any errors.
